Pour a small amount of the NUMBUZIN No.3 Super Glowing Essence Toner onto a cotton pad or into the palm of your hand. Gently swipe the toner-soaked cotton pad over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Alternatively, pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and gently pat the toner into your skin until fully absorbed. For extra hydration and brightness, you can layer the essence toner multiple times by repeating the application process. This method, known as the "7 Skin Method," helps to deeply hydrate the skin and enhance its glow. Use the Super Glowing Essence Toner twice daily, in the morning and evening, as part of your skincare routine. Follow up with your favorite serum, moisturizer, or sunscreen.

    For best results, incorporate the essence toner into your skincare routine consistently. Continued use over time will help to improve skin hydration, brightness, and overall complexion.
